Sample Menu 1
Created for a Fortieth birthday party. A combination of formal and friendly menu choices.

Taco Cheese Ball and crackers
A creamy, mildly spicy cheese ball rolled in toasted pecans.
Shrimp Mousse with crackers
A Mousse based on cream cheese and tomatoes, flavored with onions and celery, filled with fresh shrimp, and set in a decorative mold.
Hot Artichoke Dip (2 provided)
Puréed artichoke hearts, mixed with parmesan cheese, garlic and spices baked just enough to mellow the garlic. Served with baked pita bread chips.
Beef Stroganoff with egg noodles
Thin strips of sirloin steak cooked in an onion, garlic, mustard and tomato sauce. Finished with fresh mushrooms and sour cream. The meat melts in your mouth and fits on a fork.
Vegetable Lasagne
Cooked elbow macaroni mixed with ricotta, parmesan and fresh basil. Sautéed onions, garlic, zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers and mushrooms are added. The whole dish is topped with a rich home made tomato sauce finished with fresh parsley and balsamic vinegar, then mozzarella and finally baked -also fork friendly.
Green Salad
with tomatoes and cucumber
Small white dinner rolls and butter homemade poppy seed dressing homemade vinaigrette
Moist golden spice cake with cream cheese frosting
2 x 9" cakes provided
